Terms of Service

• Self-referrals are not allowed. 
• Abuse or gaming will result in having your account banned.
• In some cases, we can give credit to an affiliate even if the customer didn’t sign up through an affiliate link or coupon code. If you have a case like this, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
• No search engine ads (especially on branded terms or domain names), Facebook ads or other ads that would compete with our own marketing and cause potential confusion for customers. 
• No  ads that link to our website or anything similar that would compete with our own paid marketing and drive up our costs and potentially cause confusion.
• No pretending to be acting on behalf or us (ie. as an employee).
• We do not allow generic, off-topic affiliates (i.e. coupon code aggregators, generic blogs, etc). You must be actively engaged in the Airtable community.
• We reserve the right to change the Terms of Service for our affiliate program at any time. 
• Must remain active as an affiliate to continue to earn ongoing commissions.  That is determined by following:
  • To be considered active, must bring new paid referral within the most recent 6 months that stays a paying customer for atleast 3 months.
  • If deemed inactive, then any existing commissions will terminate at the greater of 2 years or 6 months beyond date of de-activation.
    • Example: If an affiliate no longer converts any referrals for a 6 month period, then existing commissions will end once they reach their 2 year mark OR 6 months after the date the affiliate is deemed inactive (which ever is longer).  
    • If affiliate later decides to become active again (i.e. by converting a referral), existing referrals will re-activate if initially converted within 1 year of affiliate becoming active again.

Commission payment

• Quarterly (usually in the 1st month of each quarter)
• Via PayPal. In order to receive payment, you must provide a valid PayPal email address.
• When the total amount owing is equal to or greater than $50 USD.
